• An advertisement with photos placed on www.anvastgoed.nl within 24 hours
• A clear ‘For Rent’ poster displayed on one of the windows of the property if desired.
• Clear information regarding your rights and duties as a landlord and the amount of rent you can expect to receive.
• Support during contract negotiations with potential tenants.
• An extensive in check report.
• A contract formulated in either Dutch or English.
• Advice regarding rental indexing, debt collection and other related matters.
• For any outsourced debt collection procedures, attendance of Building Owners Meeting and rental commission matters A&N will charge an hourly rate of €75.00.
