Article1: definitions
A&N Vastgoed: V.O.F. Vastgoed The Hague.
Constituent: any legal person who ordered A&N Vastgoed to mediate for a house or company property.

Article 2: coming to an agreement
The agreement comes about after signing the registration form and the terms and conditions. The constituent is obligated to show valid ID before the agreement comes about.

All offers of A&N Vastgoed, orally and in writing, are without engagement. The constituent can take an option on a house or company property by paying an amount varying from € 300,- to € 500,-. This amount depends on the rental rate. After payment of the amount A&N Vastgoed will hold on to the house for a couple of days. When the owner doesn't accept the offer of the constituent the amount will completely refunded. When the landlord agrees with the possible tenant the amount will be calculated within the mediation fee. The payment will not be refunded when the constituent declines the offer as a tenant When the constituent wants to rent property wherefore a permit is needed. The constituent is responsible for getting a permit.

Article 3: registration
Your registration will be valid for one year. From the registration date to successfully mediating a house. The fee is € 25,- This will be calculated within the mediating fee After receiving your payment your registration information will be stored in our files When no payment has been received after two months your data will be destroyed. Every candidate will be investigated for acceptance concerning solvency before signing an agreement. In some special cases there will first be consultation with A&N Vastgoed. Under special circumstances tenants can be refused for a house.

Article 4: service
After completing the registration the constituent is able to use the services of A&N Vastgoed. These services are:
- Offers of available houses;
- Advice concerning renting and renting out.

Article 5: payment
When mediating leads to an agreement between landlord and tenant, the tenant owes A&N Vastgoed the following payments:
Fixed amount of € 120,- contract costs (not including 19% VAT).
Variable amount equal to half of a month's rent (not including 19% VAT).
Registration fee to be calculated.

When mediating leads to a sales agreement between constituent and tenant, the constituent owes A&N Vastgoed a fee that complies to the conditions of VBO.

Article 6: accountability
A&N Vastgoed is not accountable for the rent of the house for rent. This will be decided by the owner. A&N Vastgoed is not accountable for the way a landlord holds up to his duties after signing the contract. The tenant needs to directly address the owner.
