We invite you to tell us more about yourself and your personal situation during an introductory meeting with our rental specialist.
What are your preferences and what are your requirements? What type of property are you looking for and what type of neighbourhood do you want to live in?
What is your budget, when do you want to move into the property? Would you like to rent furnished or part-furnished?
Please tell us as much as possible during intake, so we can give you a realistic estimate of your options.
We have an extensive network in The Hague and surrounding areas. We will use this in our search for a great property for you.
Even when a property is not yet listed online, we may already be able to offer you this property.
Together we will make a selection of properties and ensure efficient planning of the viewings.
We view the properties together. If you like, we can pick you up and take you back.
If we haven't found a suitable property, we will continue our search.
If you see a property you would like to rent, we will introduce you to the property owner or the estate agent. Upon approval of the property owner, we will make a proposal.
Subsequently, negotiations may start. You are our customer, we always work on your behalf.
It is customary to sign a reservation agreement and make an advance payment while the tenancy agreement is being drawn up.
We carry out an extensive check of the tenancy agreement drawn up by the third party.
When we've checked everything, you can sign the tenancy agreement.
After all financial obligations have been met, we will schedule a date for the initial inspection, key handover and check-in. We will guide you every step of the way and supervise the inspection of the condition of the house.
If you like, we can help you set up utilities such as gas, water, electric, internet.
You can continue to ask us your questions, even after the key has been handed over. We enjoy staying in touch with you. You are welcome to join us during our monthly A&N Friday afternoon drink!
If mediation is successful, we charge a commission for our rental service equal to one month of the agreed rent, excluding VAT.
If you commission us to find a rental property for you, we will sign an agreement that obliges us to continue to help you until we have found the right property. At the same time, we will ensure that our agreement is exclusive.
