Become an A&N member and request a viewing from your online account. When the visits are scheduled, you will be invited by email. Unlimited viewings with your A&N membership!
You will meet our A&N rental specialist at the property for a viewing. You will have the opportunity to ask all your questions about the property and the tenancy agreement. If you are happy, we will ask you to submit all necessary documents.
Before we put you forward to the property owner as a prospective tenant, we check all the documents required to enter into the tenancy agreement.
The owner has the final choice and will approve the new tenant(s)
If you would like to accept the property after approval from the property owner, please accept and sign the reservation agreement.
You will receive an invoice for the advance payment, after payment of this invoice has been received, the property will be reserved for you.
As soon as the right match has been made and you have accepted the reservation agreement, we will draw up the tenancy agreement. Please read the agreement, sign it and return the signed copy to A&N Verhuur.
As soon as we have received the signed agreement, we will schedule the handover. Congratulations on your new home!
Make sure you have fulfilled all financial obligations. After the handover and check-in, you can upload your personal inspection form and check-in photos through your online account on our website.
