A&N Vastgoed has taken care of the rental mediation for my properties for years.It works. Up to now, I have had (mostly) good and reliable tenants for my property. I was managing my properties myself for quite a while.I recently handed over the management to A&N Vastgoed. It works really well. They are very approachable, which I like.

I have been renting out my apartment through A&N since 2004. I always have lovely and proper tenants, and the neighbours have confirmed that. If something needs doing, A&N take action immediately. They have a good network of maintenance companies. And what's more: they're always in a good mood.

My experience with A&N Vastgoed is absolutely brilliant! A professional team of lovely people. The new online system provides a useful overview of all costs. So I can keep an overview and I have no more surprises. If someone complains to me about managing their rental property while they are abroad, I always tell them that used to be a problem for me too, but since I have taken on A&N, I haven't had to worry.
